she rose like a snowflake,
upon the wintry scape,...
her neck exposed,..
melting snow on her nape.

she of brilliance and fury divine,..
was a snow queen of white,
and she would be mine

her lips ruby and glowing,..
in all the winter vale..
her hair golden and flowing,..
softer than the shoreman's sail.

she spoke but a whisper..
and into the wind..
